Question - Are you using Union Made Products?
Answer   - Yes, Every item that The Advertising Idea Store provides to the customer has the Union Label on it.

Question - Who makes your wearables?
Answer   - King Louie, The Advertising Idea Store only uses Union Shops.

Question - How long does it take to have something made up?
Answer   - Wearables normally take between 7 to 14 working days. Custom items take longer based on complexity. Cups, Mugs, Pens and all other items vary from 14 to 21 working days.

Question - What kind of deposit do I need to give to get things started?
Answer   - 50% down to start and the balance is due upon receipt of finished products. Some products might come COD.
